How to make it

  • In 12" skillet,heat oil and red curry paste on med. 1 min.,stirring. Stir in eggnog,heat to boiling. Add shrimp and cook 4 mins. or till pink,stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in fresh grated lime peel .lime juice and salt.
