Sweet And Hot Shrimp

- 1 TB vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 TB red curry paste shopping list
- 1 c eggnog shopping list
- 1 lb med. shrimp,peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1/2 tsp grated lime peel shopping list
- 1 TB fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- In 12" skillet,heat oil and red curry paste on med. 1 min.,stirring. Stir in eggnog,heat to boiling. Add shrimp and cook 4 mins. or till pink,stirring occasionally.
- Stir in fresh grated lime peel .lime juice and salt.
