How to make it

  • MIx the spices, salt, and garlic to a well combined.
  • Add oil and mix well.
  • Mix the spice mixture with the ground turkey.
  • Refrigerate overnight .
  • Make into patties, freeze on a cookie sheet then place in freezer bag.

    Thank-you for this very nice sounding healthy breakfast recipe.
    I think I will take half the recipe and mix chopped water chestnuts,shredded carrots,and green onion tops.
