Lemon Cream Bon Bons

- 2 packages (8 ounces) each cream cheese softened shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract shopping list
- 1 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 pound chocolate coating candy shopping list
- or you can use white chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a bowl beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, peel and extract.
- 2. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar. Cover and freeze for 2 hours
- 3. Using a small ice cream scoop drop mixture by 1 inch balls onto waxed paper lined lined baking sheet and then cover and freeze for 1 hour.
- 4. Working with a frozen balls at a time dip them into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off and place them on a wax paper lined baking sheet and let stand until set
- 5. And then drizzle with optional chocolate
