How to make it

  • 1. In a bowl beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, peel and extract.
  • 2. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar. Cover and freeze for 2 hours
  • 3. Using a small ice cream scoop drop mixture by 1 inch balls onto waxed paper lined lined baking sheet and then cover and freeze for 1 hour.
  • 4. Working with a frozen balls at a time dip them into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off and place them on a wax paper lined baking sheet and let stand until set
  • 5. And then drizzle with optional chocolate
