Blueberry Cheese Squares

great for a party!
Ingredients
- 1 box of graham crackers shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 2 8oz package of Philly cream cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 sugar shopping list
- rind of one lemon shopping list
- juice of one lemon shopping list
- 1 can of blueberry pie filling shopping list
- 1 container of coolwhip shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degree.
- Smash graham cracker into crumbs (or buy the box of crumbs) Combine crumbs,and butter. Pat mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pan.
- Beat creamcheese, eggs, sugar, rind of the lemon and juice of the lemon until smooth.
- bake at 325 for one hour or until firm to touch.
- Cool cheesecake filling and pour blueberry pie filling over cheesecake. Cool pie filling, then spread one container of coolwhip
- over the top and serve!
