How to make it

  • In a skillet pour 2 tsbp of olive oil .. slice one small potato in a chips and add it to olive fry it till it makes a lovely golden crust . Then add roughly chopped spring onion and the whole cherry tomatoes saute for 1-2 min add 1 cup of dry white wine and simmer for 2-3 min .
  • Clean n wash the fish and add it whole to the vegetables ....sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste and cover the pan for atlest 3-5mins till the is well steam cooked under a medium flame .
  • Garnish with fresh olive oil n parsely....
  • Ready to eat !!!

  • Variations :- I added some mushrooms which turned out good...try it
