Sea Bass

- 2 MEDIUM sea bass ( 400-500 GM) shopping list
- 3 spring onion shopping list
- 1 CUP OF dry white wine shopping list
- 1 small potato shopping list
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- salt & pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- 2 TBSP OF olive oil shopping list
- AND SOME olive oil PARSELY FOR GARNISHING shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet pour 2 tsbp of olive oil .. slice one small potato in a chips and add it to olive fry it till it makes a lovely golden crust . Then add roughly chopped spring onion and the whole cherry tomatoes saute for 1-2 min add 1 cup of dry white wine and simmer for 2-3 min .
- Clean n wash the fish and add it whole to the vegetables ....sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste and cover the pan for atlest 3-5mins till the is well steam cooked under a medium flame .
- Garnish with fresh olive oil n parsely....
- Ready to eat !!!

- Variations :- I added some mushrooms which turned out good...try it
