- 225g plain flour shopping list
- 55g cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 1/2tsp baking powder shopping list
- 225g butter softened shopping list
- 225g sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to gas mark 4. Lightly Grease and line the base of the tins.
- 2.Sieve flour, cocoa and baking Powder into a bowl and add butter sugar and eggs. Beat together with a hand mixer until smooth.
- 3.Divide mixture between the two cake tins and level the surface.
- 4.Bake for 20 to 25min in the centre of the oven until springy to the touch. Allow to cool for 5min and then transfer on to wire wrack.
