Balsamic Spiced Lamb Kabobs

- 1lb boneless lamb cut into 1 1/4 inch cubes shopping list
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teasponn pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1/2 firm cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces shopping list
- 16 green onions, cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Place lamb in a heavy-duty plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, in a medium bowl combine vinegar, oil, water, garlic, rosemary, salt, cumin, pepper, red pepper, and coriander. Pour marindade over lamb in bag. Seal bag. Turn to coat. Marinade in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hrs. Stirring occasionally. Assemble on skewer, lamb, cantaloupe, green onions.
- Grill over med heat for 7-8 min turning to keep from burning. 10-12 min for medium.
