How to make it

  • Place lamb in a heavy-duty plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, in a medium bowl combine vinegar, oil, water, garlic, rosemary, salt, cumin, pepper, red pepper, and coriander. Pour marindade over lamb in bag. Seal bag. Turn to coat. Marinade in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hrs. Stirring occasionally. Assemble on skewer, lamb, cantaloupe, green onions.
  • Grill over med heat for 7-8 min turning to keep from burning. 10-12 min for medium.
