Raw Mexi Soup

- 1 1/2 c. hot water (not too hot, you'll destroy enzymes)can add more if you like a thinner soup shopping list
- 1 c.rainbow chard shopping list
- 1 c. baby spinach shopping list
- 1/2 c. organic cilantro, fresh shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 whole avocado (depends if you worry about cal./fat) without peel or seed shopping list
- 2 green onions shopping list
- 2 lg. carrots shopping list
- 1/2 clove garlic shopping list
- 2 t. sea salt, I like salt, and have very low blood pressure, so less if it's an issue shopping list
- 2 t. organic cumin shopping list
- 1/2 t. pepper shopping list
- 1 t. organic chili powder, if needed shopping list
- lime squeeze, if you like shopping list
- organic onion powder, if needed shopping list
- cayenne for those who like it spicy! shopping list
- Dollop of Greek yogurt would be good on top! shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in a Blend Tec blender. Push the soup/sauce button. Hold the lid!! When cycle is done, push the button again. When done it should be steaming.
- This keeps all enzymes alive, because it doesn't heat it enough to destroy them.
- Warning: The amount of cilantro in this could be very detoxing to some people. Cilantro removes toxic metals from the body.

I really enjoyed this. I was able to use hot water and my immersion blender to get a very well blended soup. I grated my carrots and added them after it was blended. Great flavor.
