Pa & Ma's Moist Bread Stuffing

                    - 2 complete turkey wings, cut into sections, washed clean. shopping list
 - 2-1/2 cups water, keep water in pan while cooking. shopping list
 - 2-1/2 teaspoons salt. shopping list
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. shopping list
 - Cook meat until tender, remove from heat, save lean meat and cut into small pieces. (Discard all fat and skin). shopping list
 - Reserve broth for stuffing. shopping list

 - 1 cup butter. shopping list
 - 1-1/2 cups chopped onions. shopping list
 - 2 cups diced celery. shopping list
 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley. shopping list
 - 2-1/4 teaspoons salt. shopping list
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. shopping list
 - 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning. shopping list
 - 3 eggs, slightly beaten. shopping list
 - 1 cup turkey broth. shopping list
 - 2 1 pound loaves white bread, it should yield 16 cups. shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - 1. While turkey cooks tear bread into small cube size pieces; place in a large pan at least 8 quarts in size, set aside.
 - 2. In small saucepan over medium heat, cook celery and onions in hot butter until tender, about 10 minutes.
 - 3. Mix parsley, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper in small dish, add to cooked vegetables and blend well.
 - 4. Stir mixture into bread cubes until well mixed, add broth mixing well. Add beaten eggs and mix until eggs are throughout the mixture.
 - 5. This makes enough stuffing for an 8 to 11 pound turkey, about 8 cups.
 - If you prefer (I do) bake the stuffing in the oven.
 - 6. Preheat oven to 350* F. Place stuffing in a 9 X 13 inch glass or metal baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown, ENJOY.
