How to make it

  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, starch, egg, salt, paprika, bouillion concentrate and hot sauce until it’s a thick paste.
  • Add the wings and mix with your hands until they’re thoroughly coated.
  • Put the coated wings in the ActiFry and drizzle with the oil. Close the lid and cook for 35 minutes, until brown and crispy.

    I had to add about 1/4 cup milk to recipe-otherwise it was a dough not a thick paste. If tour actifry has an arm-you must remove it for about the 1st 15 min or until coating has hardened a bit. But you will end up with nice crispy wings. I used a couple drops of siracha sauce cause I am not really a fan of hot food, Next time I will definitely also use pepper
