Pa & Ma's Wonderful Holiday Fudge

- 1 stick butter. shopping list
- 4-1/2 cups sugar. shopping list
- 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk. shopping list
- 1 12 oz. package milk chocolate. shopping list
- 1 12 oz. package chocolate chips. shopping list
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, broken apart. shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla. shopping list
- 1/2 pound Kraft miniature marshmallows. shopping list
- 2 cups broken walnuts, or pecans. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Prepare the Kraft marshmallows, nuts of choice, vanilla, and chocolates, set aside.
- 2. Set a good digital timer to 6-1/2 minutes, set aside.
- 3. Butter a 10 X 15 inch jelly roll pan, set aside.
- 4. In a 10 inch Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook the first three ingredients, stirring well.
- 5. When the mixture begins to boil, start the timer and cook 6-1/2 minutes.
- 6. Do not remove cover until cooking time is over. Immediately remove from heat.
- 7. Add Kraft marshmallows, and stir well. Add chocolates, 1 at a time stirring well.
- 8. Add vanilla, stirring well, then add nuts, and mix until well blended.
- 9. Pour into buttered Jelly roll pan and spread out evenly. cover, cool, cut, and enjoy
