this sounds fantastic! sweets tend to take center stage during Christmas, but I love to offset all the sugary sweetness with savory and tart flavors. I've recently gotten into cranberries quite heavily, as well as using a combo of cloves (one of my favorite spices) and heat - either a dry powder like cayenne or the addition of fresh peppers - like habanero. Will definitely be using this recipe - thank you for sharing!
