How to make it

  • cook the eggs yolks and sugar. add baileys. cook until thick. with paddle attachment on kitchen aid, add marscapone until incorporated. Fold in whipped cream & set in fridge for 2 hours.
  • For dipping sauce; heat up all ingredients to melt chocolate. Dip lady fingers in it once cooled & assemble all the tiramisu.
  • I like to put them in wine glasses.
