Baileys Tiramisu

- 17 oz Marscapone cheese, Room Temp shopping list
- 1 C egg yolks, Room Temp shopping list
- 1 C sugar shopping list
- 2/3 C Baileys shopping list
- 2 C heavy cream(Whipped) shopping list
- Dipping Sauce: shopping list
- 1 1/2 C espresso shopping list
- 1/2 C Meyers dark rum shopping list
- 1/4 C Sweet marsala shopping list
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate shopping list
- ladyfingers shopping list
How to make it
- cook the eggs yolks and sugar. add baileys. cook until thick. with paddle attachment on kitchen aid, add marscapone until incorporated. Fold in whipped cream & set in fridge for 2 hours.
- For dipping sauce; heat up all ingredients to melt chocolate. Dip lady fingers in it once cooled & assemble all the tiramisu.
- I like to put them in wine glasses.
