Taco/tostada Meat

- 1 lb ground sirloin shopping list
- 1/2 white onion - chopped shopping list
- 1/2 poblano - chopped, half inch chunks shopping list
- 1 stalk celery - split, chop shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic - diced shopping list
- 1/2 tomato bullion or 2 romas - chopped shopping list
- 1 T fresh oregano shopping list
- 1T chili powder shopping list
- 2t comino shopping list
- 1t paparika shopping list
- 1T olive oil shopping list
- 1t black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil. saute celery/poblano/onion until almost soft
- add garlic. saute until softened.
- add other ingredients plus 1 cup of water.
- cook down until almost all the liquid has been reduced - approx 35 minutes.
- to taste, add more salt/pepper/chili powder
