How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Mix pat into a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 325º degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Second layer:
  • Mix spread over crust. Bake 325º for 20 minutes.
  • Topping:
  • Put in saucepan and bring to a boil. Then mix 4 tsp cornstarch with 1/2 cup cold water. Mix in with blueberry mixture and stir until thickened. Pour over baked second layer. Top with a large container of whipped topping. Sprinkle with saved digestive cookies.
