- butter-55g shopping list
- Almond powder/ground almonds-12g shopping list
- powdered sugar/icing sugar-37g shopping list
- egg-20g(a little less than half an egg) shopping list
- salt-1g shopping list
- All purpose flour-92g shopping list
- Strong flour-25g shopping list
- almond Cream shopping list
- Almond powder/ground almonds-50g shopping list
- powdered sugar/ icing sugar-50g shopping list
- butter-50g shopping list
- egg-40g(a little less than 1 egg) shopping list
- Also have 1/4 of some custard cream. you will need for the surface of the tart. shopping list
How to make it
- Step 1:Put all the ingredients for the tart dough into a bowl.
- Step 2:Use a spatula to mix it though thouroughly.
- Step 3:When it's no longer floury, make it into a big lump.
- Step 4:Wrap it up in clingfilm ina bundle and put it into a refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Step 5:Spread butter(not included in the ingredients list) inside the tart tin.
- Step 6:Inside the pan, using a tea strainer(or sieve) cover the inside with a light dusting of flour.
- Step 7:On a table top, spread flour to powder the table top(not included in ingredients list), and roll out the dough flat.
- Step 8:Put the dough into the tin, use a fork to put holes into the dough. Then put it into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Step 9:On top the dough put a layer of tinfoil. On top of this fill it with backing stones. Once this is done put it in the oven.
- Step 10:Bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C or 392 degrees F. To finish the tart let it cool on a wire rack, don't remove it from the tin. Then lower the temperature to 180 C or 356 F.
- Almond Cream
- Step 1:Making the almond cream. Mix the almond powder and icing sugar together in a bowl, add the egg and whisk it together well.
- Step 2:Add the room teperature butter, and mix together well.
- Step 3:When the baked tart has cooled down, Put the almond cream into the tart.
- Step 4:Spread it all over, and bake in a 180 degrees C or 356 degrees F over for roughly 25 minutes. Remove it from the tart pan and leave on a wire rack to cool down.
- Step 5:Add the milk to the custard cream. and mix it well. Spread it on the surface of the tart.
- Step 6:Wash and dry the fruit,cut the largest fruit up to make it easier to eat.
