How to make it

  • in a deep bowl, scramble the eggs
  • add the corned beef and mix until well blended
  • add cornstarch or flour until well blended
  • heat a flat tefal or teflon pan and add oil
  • using a serving spoon, scoop the mixture into the pan and make flapjack-sized tortes (or any size you wish)
  • fry until golden brown on both sides
  • serve with rice
