Italian Chicken And Rotini

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 jar alfredo sauce shopping list
- 1 tomato (peeled and diced) shopping list
- shredded mozzarella shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- rotini noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 345°F.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Dip into beaten egg.
- Cover with breadcrumbs.
- Lay chicken in bottom of greased, glass casserole dish.
- Cover each chicken with Alfredo sauce.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cook Rotini according to package directions, and drain.
- Sprinkle diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over chicken.
- Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Serve chicken on bed of Rotini.
