How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 345°F.
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • Dip into beaten egg.
  • Cover with breadcrumbs.
  • Lay chicken in bottom of greased, glass casserole dish.
  • Cover each chicken with Alfredo sauce.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cook Rotini according to package directions, and drain.
  • Sprinkle diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over chicken.
  • Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Let cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve chicken on bed of Rotini.
