Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees...
  • 1. Over medium heat, add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of a hot very large skillet. Put in chopped onions and saute for a few minutes, then add potatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn occasionally with a spatula until nicely browned. Scoot the pan off the burner; stir in soup, milk, shredded cheese and french fried onions, and set aside.
  • 2. Meanwhile, brown the pork chops on both sides in another large skillet or a two-burner griddle. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Spray a large roasting pan with PAM and empty the skillet mixture into it.
  • 4. Arrange browned pork chops on top of potatoes.
  • 5. Place roaster in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until heated through and pork chops are done (160F).
  • SUGGESTED SIDE: Green beans.
