Raw Vegan Cinnamon Apple Pie Filling

Goes well with my crust & crumble as a topping. Warm in a dehydrator at a maximum of 105 degrees Fahrenheit to keep it raw. Also good cold
Ingredients
- 4 cups apples, peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- 3/4 cup raisins, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes shopping list
- 3 pitted medjool dates, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Thinly slice apples
- Mix ingredients until evenly coated
