Soba Noodle Stirfry

- Half-dollar size bunch, of dry, soba noodles shopping list
- Container of firm tofu shopping list
- Tbsp of olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- Can of baby corn shopping list
- 2-4 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- Spicy, Asian mustard, to taste (1-4 tbsp) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles as directed
- As noodles are cooking, chop tofu and corn into 1" pieces
- Take noodles off stovetop and set aside
- Cook tofu in pan, w/ olive oil. If you have never cooked tofu, just treat it like meat. Sprinkle on a bit of salt and pepper
- After tofu is nice and browned, add to noodles, along with chopped, baby corn
- Add soy sauce and mustard, to taste
- Return to stovetop to make piping hot, OR chill in fridge for an hour and eat cold!
