How to make it

  • Cook noodles as directed
  • As noodles are cooking, chop tofu and corn into 1" pieces
  • Take noodles off stovetop and set aside
  • Cook tofu in pan, w/ olive oil. If you have never cooked tofu, just treat it like meat. Sprinkle on a bit of salt and pepper
  • After tofu is nice and browned, add to noodles, along with chopped, baby corn
  • Add soy sauce and mustard, to taste
  • Return to stovetop to make piping hot, OR chill in fridge for an hour and eat cold!
