How to make it

  • Beat 2 eggs with milk in wide shallow bowl
  • mix in cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla
  • Crush corn flakes onto a sepate plate
  • mix raw sugar into crushed corn flakes
  • Melt 1 tbs of butter in skillet over medium heat
  • Dunk one slice of bread into egg mixture to coat then place gently on cornflake mixture and coat
  • Place in skillet
  • Repeat for remaining slices of bread
  • Cook in skillet for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Adding more butter to skillet as needed
  • Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar
