Taco Soup

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans with liquid shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans with liquid shopping list
- 1 1(15 ounce) can whole kernal corn with liquid shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers shopping list
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning shopping list
- Couple of cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cumin shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a pan place the ground beef, garlic, onions and brown and then add the tace seasoning and water and cook for 2-3 minutes and place in the slow cooker.
- 2. Place the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker and put on low for 6-8 hours you may not need to cook it that long so check at 6 hours!
- Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips and sprinkle with fresh cilantro chopped.
