How to make it

  • Merinaide cutlets overnight or at least a few hrs in fridge.
  • Grill on a inside grill pan or outside grill. do onion after or carmalize it instead in a skillet. Let turkey sit for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Drain beans set aside.
  • chop up all veggies in bite size pieces.
  • Shred lettuce into a large bowl add chopped up veggies(bell pepper,tomaote,cucumber) throw in beans.
  • Mound salad onto plates and top with cheese and bacon then sliced turkey,and grilled onions.
  • Top with favorite salad dressing.
