Crumb-coated Cod Recipe
Served with tossed salad and your favorite dipping sauce, this is a great healthy meal for the family. Even if they don't think they like fish!

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups crushed stuffing mix
  • 4 Cod fillets about 6 ounces each
  • Dipping sauce

Directions
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the oil, water and salad dressing mix.
  2. Place the crushed stuffing mix in another bowl.
  3. Dip the cod fillets into the salad dressing mixture, then into the stuffing mixture.
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
