- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix shopping list
- 2 cups crushed stuffing mix shopping list
- 4 cod fillets about 6 ounces each shopping list
- Dipping sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In a shallow bowl, combine the oil, water and salad dressing mix.
- Place the crushed stuffing mix in another bowl.
- Dip the cod fillets into the salad dressing mixture, then into the stuffing mixture.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
