How to make it

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the oil, water and salad dressing mix.
  • Place the crushed stuffing mix in another bowl.
  • Dip the cod fillets into the salad dressing mixture, then into the stuffing mixture.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
