Baked Baby Reds

- 3 to 4 baby reds per person shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- rosmerry shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- chives shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350
- wash the babys and dry
- remove rosemerry from it stem
- remove thyme from it stem
- slice garlic
- place each baby red on a large wooden spoon, slice to the spoon so the baby red stays uncut on the bottom but fans out.
- set on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil
- salt and pepper
- place a little garlic slice, rosemerry and thyme in each open fan.
- place in oven for about 30 to 40 mi. or until done (fork tender)
- place on a serving dish and put a spoonful sour cream on each one and sprinkle with chives.
