How to make it

  • Cream first four ingredients until fluffy.
  • Next add eggs, one at a time--and vanilla.
  • Mix together everthing else except the apple. Add to the creamed mixture. Fold in apple pieces.
  • Drop by tablespoons and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
