How to make it

  • In a sauce pan mix Rice and Chicken Broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
  • In a large Cast Iron Skillet heat olive oil. Add onion and saute to soften.
  • Add Sausage, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, and Cajun Seasoning. Continue to soften. About 5 mins.
  • Add Shrimp and cook about 5 mins.
  • Add the rice, mix and serve.
