How to make it

  • Slice chicken breasts into strips/fingers. Pat dry on paper towels. Set aside.
  • Mix in salt, pepper, flour, curry, garlic powder and chili flakes in a bowl.
  • Beat 1 egg in a separate bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Lets do this!
  • Take a chicken finger, roll it in the flour mixture, dip it in the egg, then return it t the flour mix. Coat all slices of chicken.
  • And now fry until chicken is golden brown and delicious! (5 mins or until juices run clear)
  • Try not to pop one in your mouth til it cools a bit :)
  • For the sauce, just mix mayo and mustard as you like :)
