How to make it

  • use 1 wonton wrap at a time
  • put some cheese in the center
  • use a bit of water to wet the four sides in order to close the wrap,
  • warm the oil in the skillet. ( not much oil, only enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
  • put one layer of sealed cheese wontons on the skillet when the oil is hot
  • fry both sides in less than a minute ( depend on how hot your oil is )
  • serve hot.
