Easy Cheesy Appetizer

- 1 or 2 table spoon of oil ( I choose olive oil) shopping list
- wonton wrap shopping list
- shreded cheese of your choice shopping list
- a little bit cold water for closing the wrap shopping list
How to make it
- use 1 wonton wrap at a time
- put some cheese in the center
- use a bit of water to wet the four sides in order to close the wrap,
- warm the oil in the skillet. ( not much oil, only enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
- put one layer of sealed cheese wontons on the skillet when the oil is hot
- fry both sides in less than a minute ( depend on how hot your oil is )
- serve hot.
