How to make it

  • Heat a small frying pan coated with cooking spray to medium and cook chicken until browned.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Re-coat pan with cooking spray and add onion, garlic, chili, ginger, coriander, cumin, and turmeric. Cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.
  • Return chicken to pan with the spices and add tomato paste and water. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in coconut cream and hear through.

    This was very tasty :) I doubled the ingrediants (2 people), used a whole red chilli and also green beans!
