Coconut Chicken Dippers

- 1 package Shake n Bake extra crispy seasoned coating mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Baker's angel flake coconut, toasted shopping list
- 1/4 t each, curry powder and ground red pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch wide strips shopping list
- DIPPING SAUCE shopping list
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip shopping list
- 1 T mango chutney shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine coating mix, coconut, and seasonings in a pie plate
- Beat egg in second pie plate
- Dip chicken in egg, then coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each strip
- Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
- Bake for 12-14 minutes
- Meanwhile mix dressing and chutney
