How to make it

  • Add Pasta to pot of boiling salted water cook until done (al dente)
  • Heat the oilive oil in a large skilet, saute the garlic onions, chille and Anchovies for about 3 min. Add the olives, capers and tomatoes, cook on med-hi heat until onions are tunder.
  • Drain the pasta and add to the sauce pan and toss (check for salt and pepper) add shredded basil and serve
