Pasta With Tomatoes, Olives And

- 1 lb pasta of choice I use linguine shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves or more chopped shopping list
- 1 red onion chopped shopping list
- pinch red chillie shopping list
- 8 or so anchovies in oil drained shopping list
- 1 cup slices black olives shopping list
- 3 talb. capers rinsed shopping list
- 1/2 lb cherry tomato halved shopping list
- big bunch of basil shopping list
How to make it
- Add Pasta to pot of boiling salted water cook until done (al dente)
- Heat the oilive oil in a large skilet, saute the garlic onions, chille and Anchovies for about 3 min. Add the olives, capers and tomatoes, cook on med-hi heat until onions are tunder.
- Drain the pasta and add to the sauce pan and toss (check for salt and pepper) add shredded basil and serve
