Pumpkin Bread

- 1 (15-16 ounce) can pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, mix together pumpkin, oil, eggs, and sugars. (Batter will be soupy). Add the other ingredients and mix well. (Batter will be sticky and thick). Spray loaf pans of your preference with non-stick spray. Add batter and bake about 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean.
