How to make it

  • Mix oat bran with spices and salt. Spread on tin cake spring and add water untill mushy substance. Let it rest.
  • Whisk 2 eggs, add fromage blanc. Stir in lemon juice and sweetener and oil. Add fruit. Pour it over oat bran mixture and shove it in the preheated oven (180C/356 F). Bake until top is slightly coloured (ca 45 mins). 1 portion is 1 grain, 1 fruit, 1 fat, 1 protein.
