Marshmallow Peanut Butter Fudge

- 2 (4 oz) sticks butter shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk shopping list
- 4 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 (28 oz) jar peanut butter, creamy or nutty, your choice shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) jar Fluffernutter® marshmallow creme shopping list
- 2 tsps vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Unwrap the end of one of the sticks of butter and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish...
- 1. In a large microwave proof bowl, bring the 2 sticks of butter, milk, and sugar to a boil in the microwave on highest setting; cook until soft ball stage (236°F), about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Check with candy thermometer.
- 2. Add peanut butter, marshmallow creme, and vanilla; mix well.
- 3. Pour into prepared baking dish; chill until set. Cut into 1-inch squares, and arrange on a serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap.
