Easy Borsch

This is quick and easy and oh so good!
Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced beets with juice shopping list
- 2 cans beef broth shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced very thin shopping list
- sour cream, for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Bring ingredients to a boil and then lower heat to a simmer until ready to serve. Add sour cream in the bowls.
