How to make it

  • Put steak on a plate. Thaw if necessary. Do not drain juice. Put on sea salt, cayenne pepper and onion powder. Let sit for half an hour. This will make the meat extremely flavorful.
  • While the meat is absorbing the seasoning, fire up the grill. Make sure you have nice, even heat. When the meat is properly seasoned, put it on the grill, preferably not directly on the lowest part of the grill. Fat can drip and cause flare ups, which will char the meat.
  • Cook meat for 10 minutes on both sides (you may alter the time to adjust to your preferences, etc). Once it's done, put on a clean plate and let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
  • Serve with a huge pile of hashbrowns and a dollop of sour cream. SO DELISHUS!
