How to make it

  • Cream together cheese, pepper and 1/4 cup butter. Fold in chicken and mushrooms. Place 1/4 cup mixture out for each roll; roll into a ball. Dip in 1/2 cup melted butter, roll in the mixture of finely crumbed stuffing and nuts.
  • Heat sauce ingredients in a double boiler and pour over chicken rolls.
  • Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
