How to make it

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into 1" pieces. In a large skillet cook sausage and bell peppers over medium-high heat, till sausage is brown. Drain off fat.
  • Add the broth and the black pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. When the pasta is cooked, drain well. Toss pasta with sausage mixture and Italian parsley.
