How to make it

  • Split rolls. Lightly spread with some of the ranch dressing. Drain salmon. Place salmon in bowl and flake with fork. Add remaining ranch dressing and mix to combine.
  • Thinly slice tomatoes and cucumber. Layer tomato slices on bottom halves of the rolls. Top with (cheese and then) salmon mixture, cucumber slices, shredded carrots and tomatoes.
  • You can mix the cucumber and carrots into the salmon mixture, if you'd rather. Sometimes it is nice to have all the flavors blended better in the ranch dressing. It won't hurt to retry this recipe both ways!
