Ladyfinger Cheesecake

- 2 packages No-bake cheesecake Mix (I think they were 11.1 oz.) shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies (25 cookies) shopping list
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3 cups Cold milk, divided shopping list
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- 1 can (21 ounces) raspberry, cherry or strawberry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine contents of crust mix packages, butter and sugar.
- Press mixture onto the bottom of an ungreased 10-inch springform pan.
- Arrange ladyfingers around the edge of the pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
- Gradually beat in remaining milk.
- Add contents of filling mix packages.
- Beat until smooth.
- Beat on medium for 3 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour over crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Top with pie filling.
- Remove sides of pan before serving.
