How to make it

  • Cut plantains in half and slice the long way.
  • Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add plantains and cook both sides until golden brown,making sure you watch they don't get burnt.
  • When cooked place plantains in a plate over a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
  • Sprinkle salt over plantains.
  • Enjoy Warm
