Mexican Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 jar of salsa shopping list
- 4 tbsp Franks hot sauce (optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- fresh cracked pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Mexican shredded cheese shopping list
- yellow rice shopping list
How to make it
- cut chicken into bite sized pieces and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Heat a large skillet on medium heat coat with olive oil and add chicken. Saute until chicken is cooked and brown, timing depends on thickness. Add salsa to the pan to cover the chicken and Franks hot sauce. Mix and transfer chicken to a shallow baking dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Serve with yellow rice and steamed veggies. Healthy and delicious...enjoy!
