How to make it

  • 1. Season each side of the veal cutlet with salt and pepper.
  • 2. You will need 3 plates one for the flour, 1 for the egg and one for the bread crumbs
  • 3. Heat the oil in a pan and then place the cutlets in the flour then the egg and then the breadcrumbs and place in pan cook each side for about 3 minutes or until each side is golden brown and then remove from the pan and place on a piece of paper towel to absord any excess oil and then serve.
