Wiener Schnitzel

- 1 pound of thin veal cutlets shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Season each side of the veal cutlet with salt and pepper.
- 2. You will need 3 plates one for the flour, 1 for the egg and one for the bread crumbs
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan and then place the cutlets in the flour then the egg and then the breadcrumbs and place in pan cook each side for about 3 minutes or until each side is golden brown and then remove from the pan and place on a piece of paper towel to absord any excess oil and then serve.
