Ginger Glazed Pork Loin

- 1/4 c Asian plum sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp each dry mustard and grated fresh gingeroot shopping list
- 2 TB olive oil shopping list
- 1 TB savory herb roasting rub blend,like McCormick shopping list
- 1 bone-in center -cut pork loin,trimmed,(about 4 lbs) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450'. In bowl,combine first 4 ingredients. In seperate bowl,combine oil and roasting rub
- Place pork on rack set in roasting pan. Spread oil mixture over pork.
- Roast pork 15 mins. Reduce oven temp. to 325',roast 1 hour30 mins more or until inserted thermometer(not touching bone) reads 155',brushing with glaze mixture often. Let sit 10 mins before slicing.
