Ginger Glazed Pork Loin Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 450'. In bowl,combine first 4 ingredients. In seperate bowl,combine oil and roasting rub
  • Place pork on rack set in roasting pan. Spread oil mixture over pork.
  • Roast pork 15 mins. Reduce oven temp. to 325',roast 1 hour30 mins more or until inserted thermometer(not touching bone) reads 155',brushing with glaze mixture often. Let sit 10 mins before slicing.
