How to make it

  • Heat oil in saute pan on medium. Saute shallots, peppers and garlic until soft. Deglaze pan with white wine. Turn off heat and add cilantro. See Photo
  • Combine all ingredients and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl add pork, green onions, egg, soysauce, white pepper, cumin . Once the cooked veggies are cooled, add the veggies to the pork. Combine mixture well. See Photo
  • Fry the patties in a large pan, approx 3 min on both sides or until juices run clear See Photo. I use a spoon to drop these into the pan instead of forming burgers.
  • Serve with steamed rice and veggies
