How to make it

  • Saute onions, celery, carrot, mushroom and sliced garlic in olive oil until soft. (About 4 minutes.) Season with salt and pepper. Add "sausage" and 1 Tbsp basil, oregano and thyme. Stir into vegetables and crumble until resembles loose ground meat. Cook about 5 minutes or so. Add remaining ingredients (including remaining 1 tsp basil, oregano, and pressed garlic) and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over noodles.
