How to make it

  • Chop the leeks and cook in little salted water till tender. Let cool and drain if necessary. Blend the yogurt, eggs and spices . Combine with the cooked leeks. Pour the mixture into a long pan (mine is 40×25 cm/16×9-inch). Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F/180 C. Serve warm . Reheat in a microwave.
