How to make it

  • Coat the fish with the flour. Heat a pan with the oil. Fry on both sides until lightly browned. Put into a large bowl with the chopped onions.
  • Cook the pickle using all of the ingredients listed above. Pour the hot pickle on the fish and onions. Cover with a lid. Let cool and then put into refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve with bread. It will keep in refrigerator for a week.
